Newest Golf Carts!

There are few vehicles as mundane and boring as a golf cart. These electric vehicles are both unexciting to drive and unexciting to look at. Thankfully, companies from around the world have stepped up to the plate and taken on the challenge of developing a better golf cart. Today we will look at the top 3 of those strange golf cart designs.

GolfBoard

Introduced in 2014, the GolfBoard quickly won PGA of America’s “Best New Product” award. The GolfBoard claims to bring the thrills and excitement of surfing to the golf course. It utilizes “Spring Deck” technology which has flexible spring plates provides an exceptionally smooth ride. The lightweight design makes it less damaging to grass than a normal golf cart. The open design also promises to make golfing a quicker experience. Overall, if you’re interested in this unique design then be sure to check out their website HERE.

Finn Cycle

Marketing a drastically more fun experience, Finn Scooters has unveiled their Finn Cycle. Spearheaded by the CEO of Sun Mountain Sports, Rick Reimers, the Finn Cycle is just the newest invention from the world’s leader in golf bag technology. Reimers believes this cycle will be the future of golf transportation. Having tested one myself, I can admit that they are exceptionally fun to drive. Neoteric Hovercraft Model 7600

Made famous when Bubba Watson purchased one in 2013, the Neoteric Hovercraft Model 7600 is a game-changer. However, the price tag is steep. Currently retailing for $45,000, the Neoteric Hovercraft has yet to arrive at your local public course. However, the nature of the product means that it does not directly touch the ground. This means that you could drive yours over sand traps, onto greens, and even over ponds and lakes. If somehow you can afford one then buy one so everyone else can see you drive it. Check out the website for it HERE.
